How fast will it arrive?
Your block is printed and polished within 72 hours, then ships from our US facility. Most US orders arrive within 1–2 weeks of ordering.
What does shipping cost?
Shipping is free within the United States. Canadian orders are a flat $24.99, and everywhere else is calculated at checkout before you pay — no surprises after the fact.
Is my phone photo good enough?
Almost certainly. Any photo from a phone made in the last five years prints beautifully at these sizes. We review every photo before printing — if something's off, we'll email you before anything gets made.
What if it arrives damaged?
We replace defective or damage-in-transit blocks free, no return required. Photo of the damage, new block on the way.
Can I return it?
Each block is custom-made with your photo, so we can't restock returns — but if we got something wrong, we make it right.
